This year, myPOS is branching out across the continent to reach even more businesses. In this new company venture, you will manage our day-to-day fulfillment operations to ensure processes are running smoothly. You will participate in building scalable operations in the US, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and bring your ideas to the table.

  • Take leadership of the POS and Card fulfilment operations to ensure the scaling of our business in the US
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate the full order cycle
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, costs and efficiency
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
  • Ensure fulfillment partners compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Build myPOS knowledge base and documentation regarding our fulfillment processes for transparency and training purposes
  • Work closely with different teams in a collaborative environment to bring the best possible experience for our merchants
  • Conduct data-driven business analysis to support and make recommendations on key strategic initiatives for the business


  • Proven working experience as an Operations Manager
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management
  • Demonstrable ability to manage key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • You’re passionate about improving current processes
