We are looking for a Product Manager to own that experience end to end — the storefront, the checkout, and everything that turns a visitor into a merchant.

About the role

You will own key acquisition channels: the website that acts as our marketplace, the myPOS store where customers browse and buy, the checkout and signup journey that converts them and the customer-to-customer referral program.

This is a conversion role with commercial teeth. You will live in the funnel data, run a constant programme of experiments, and make the calls on what we show, to whom, and how we price and package it on-site. You will work shoulder to shoulder with content, SEO, AEO, Design and Engineering - they bring the traffic and build the pages; you make sure that traffic converts.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end online funnel: landing, browse, cart, checkout, purchase, signup

• Cut friction out of checkout and drive down cart abandonment

• Run a continuous experimentation programme and make decisions from evidence, not opinion

• Merchandise the store - ranging, bundling, cross-sell - to grow revenue per session

• Translate our plan and device strategy into a storefront a business owner understands instantly

• Partner with SEO and AEO so high-intent traffic lands on pages built to convert

• Work with Design and Engineering to ship in small, measurable increments across 30+ markets

What you'll bring

• 3–5+ years in product management, including hands-on ownership of an e-commerce or transactional funnel

• A real track record in checkout and conversion optimisation — with the numbers to back it up

• Strong analytics skills (GA4, Mixpanel or similar) and genuine A/B testing rigour

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, payment flows

• The ability to work fluently across Design, Engineering, SEO and Commercial

• Excellent English, written and spoken

Nice to have: payments or fintech experience, multi-market storefronts, AEO and generative search, hardware plus subscription bundling.
