About the role:
As a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will manage incoming payments, issue invoices, and ensure timely collections. Beyond operational activities, you will contribute to process improvements, process implementations, system enhancements, and finance transformation initiatives. Your role includes reconciling accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records while supporting optimal cash flow management.
What you’ll do:
Process and verify revenue and inventory invoices for accuracy and completeness
Manage and process incoming payments
Maintain accurate records of revenue and inventory transactions
Maintain and update customer master data records
Reconcile account statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Monitor and report on inventory levels
Follow up on overdue payments and resolve discrepancies
Support process improvement, system implementation, and finance transformation initiatives
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
This role is perfect for you if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role, preferably within multinational organizations
Experience participating in ERP implementations, process transitions, or transformation projects
Strong understanding of customer and financial master data management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
ERP experience is required; NetSuite experience, particularly in an ERR environment, is considered a strong advantage
Professional working proficiency in English
