About the role:
Are you a results-driven sales professional who thrives on building real relationships and closing meaningful deals? At myPOS, we're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who brings energy, commercial instinct, and a proven track record of selling face-to-face to small and medium businesses.
In this role, you won't just be answering questions – you'll be driving revenue. You'll own the full sales cycle: from the first conversation with a prospect all the way through to a signed deal, while making sure every customer feels genuinely supported along the way.
What you’ll do:
Own and manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals with SME clients
Conduct in-person meetings and negotiations with business owners and decision-makers across a broad range of industries
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding each client's business model and growth potential
Handle objections confidently and consultatively, turning hesitation into trust and deals;
Guide prospects through myPOS's pricing structure, ensuring full transparency on fees and value delivered
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new and existing customers, ensuring timely follow-up and relationship continuity
Educate customers on how to get the most out of myPOS products and services
Log and manage all customer interactions accurately in CRM, and internal systems
Stay current with product developments, market trends, and competitor activity to sharpen your sales approach
This role is perfect for you if you have:
3+ years of direct B2B sales experience, with a strong emphasis on face-to-face meetings and negotiations with SME companies
A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, field or inside sales environment
Strong objection-handling skills – you know how to listen, reframe, and move a deal forward without pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different decision-makers
Comfort with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
An affinity for technology – you're genuinely curious about fintech, payments, or mobile POS solutions and eager to deepen your knowledge
A self-starter mindset: you manage your pipeline proactively and don't wait to be told what to do next
Fluent English
