About the role:
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will support the efficiency of the sales organization by assisting partners, managing orders from the partner platform, and providing reporting and pipeline insights. The role also involves improving internal processes, delivering analytical support to sales leadership, and driving operational improvements.
What you’ll do:
Ensure the smooth operation of the company's salesforce
Support myPOS Resellers, Agents, and Partners on a daily basis
Manage and track the orders received from our Partner Platform
Build and maintain a reporting framework to monitor sales activity and performance
Analyze data and provide insights to support pipeline generation and forecasting
Document, analyze, and improve internal processes and cross-team workflows
Provide analytical support and recommendations to sales managers and leadership
Ensure timely and accurate availability of business information for sales teams
Lead or support projects aimed at improving sales operations and internal processes
This role is perfect for you if you are:

Data-driven and comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
Confident communicating with different levels of management
Curious and eager to continuously learn and improve processes
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Experience working with CRM systems and business tools (MS Office, Zendesk, Jira, Asana, or similar)
Experience using technology and automation to design or improve processes
Ability to present analytical insights, operational plans, and results to stakeholders
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Fluent English
Fluency in Italian will be considered a strong advantage
Experience in Customer Support, Sales, or Operations will be considered a strong advantage
