About the role:
As a Partnership Development Manager, your mission is to identify, recruit, and activate new distribution partners that will accelerate myPOS growth.
You are a business development-driven profile, energized by prospecting, opening doors, negotiating new agreements, and building partnerships from scratch.
What you’ll do:
Partner Acquisition & Prospecting
Identify, target, and approach new strategic distribution partners (resellers, ISVs, SaaS platforms, retail networks, business communities) in collaboration with our Channel Partnership Manager
Build and manage a strong partnership pipeline through proactive outreach and market mapping.
Attend events, networking sessions, and industry meetings to generate new opportunities.
Deal Structuring & Negotiation
Lead negotiations on commercial terms, partnership agreements, and go-to-market plans.
Build compelling business cases and activation roadmaps for new partners.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, and Marketing to ensure smooth deal closure.
Partner Onboarding & Activation
Ensure successful onboarding of newly signed partners.
Drive the first phase of activation: training, launch support, first merchant acquisitions.
Ensure partners are operationally ready to distribute myPOS solutions.
Success metrics (KPIs)
Number of new partners signed per quarter
Time-to-activation of new partners
Revenue contribution from newly acquired partners
Partner pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy
Merchant acquisition volume generated by new partners
This role is perfect for you if you have:
Strong hunter mindset with proven experience in business development or partnerships.
Track record of opening new markets or building partner networks from scratch.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, telecom, or tech-driven distribution models (advantage).
High energy, resilience, and autonomy.
