About the role:
The HR Operation Specialist plays a key part in delivering seamless HR support across the full employee lifecycle - from pre-onboarding to offboarding within a fast-paced, international environment.
What you’ll do:
- Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding - Prepare and coordinate documentation, system access, equipment setup, and induction sessions for new hires across all locations.
- Employment Lifecycle Management - Handle employee contracts, amendments, job descriptions, promotions, transfers, and termination processes - all in compliance with company policy and labor legislation.
- Benefits & Absence Administration - Administer benefit programs (enrollment, communication, updates) and monitor attendance/leaves in accordance with internal policies and labor law.
- Employee Relations Support - Serve as a first point of contact for HR queries, foster positive relations, and assist in policy communication across the organization.
- HRIS & Records Management - Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS, manage confidential employee files, and ensure GDPR and policy compliance.
- Payroll Collaboration - Liaise with the payroll team to provide clean input data, resolve payroll-related queries, and support monthly payroll cycles.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- Proven experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar HR support role, ideally within a large international organization.
- Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of local and international labor laws and best practices.
- Hands-on experience managing employment documentation: contracts, annexes, leave policies, etc..
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Prior exposure to payroll processes is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proactive, resourceful, and committed to enhancing the employee experience.
