About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Strategic Recruiter to join our People team and drive the acquisition of top-tier talent across Europe. This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will act as a key strategic partner to our leadership, building robust talent pipelines, influencing hiring strategies, and elevating our employer brand.
What you’ll do:
Strategic Partnership & Consultation
- Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and Hiring Managers, providing data-driven market insights (e.g., compensation trends, talent supply, competitor activity) to shape and refine hiring plans.
- Strategy Development: Design and execute strategic talent acquisition plans for senior and hard-to-fill and niche roles.
- Forecasting: Proactively partner with leadership to forecast future hiring needs and develop long-term talent pipelines aligned with our business roadmap.
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Sourcing
- Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and highly specialized roles, ensuring an exceptional and professional candidate experience.
- Advanced Sourcing: Develop and deploy innovative sourcing strategies beyond standard platforms, including market mapping, leveraging professional networks, and building strategic talent communities.
- Closing: Skillfully negotiate complex offers, overcoming objections, and successfully closing senior-level candidates.
Process Excellence & Employer Branding
- Data & Analytics: Utilize recruiting data (Time-to-Hire, Source-of-Hire, conversion rates) to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and report on progress to leadership.
- System Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our recruiting processes, tools, and best practices to ensure scalability and efficiency as the company grows.
- Employer Brand: Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership to enhance our employer brand and value proposition, positioning us as a destination for top FinTech talent.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, with a significant focus on Senior, Leadership, or niche-skills roles.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, assessing, and closing passive candidates for our GTM, Product and Technical Functions hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to function as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with modern ATS systems and advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
