About the role:
The Senior HR Analyst plays a critical role in providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support HR initiatives and business objectives. This position is responsible for analyzing workforce trends, developing HR metrics, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of HR systems, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
What you’ll do:
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to workforce planning, compensation, benefits, performance, and engagement.
- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership to support decision-making.
- Monitor HR KPIs and provide insights on trends and areas for improvement.
- HR Systems & Process Optimization
- Maintain and optimize HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all HR systems.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support audits and prepare documentation as required.
- Strategic Projects
- Partner with HR leadership on initiatives such as workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and talent analytics.
- Provide analytical support for compensation reviews, benefits benchmarking, and organizational design.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics or related role.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
