About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior HR Operations Analyst to help build and deliver a best-in-class People Operations function across Europe. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our HR systems, processes, and data - ensuring that every employee has a seamless and efficient experience throughout their journey at myPOS regardless of their location.
This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about process excellence, HR technology, and operational impact. You’ll work closely with our People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and L&D teams to bring our People strategy to life - through smooth execution, system optimization, and data-driven insights.
What you’ll do:
- Own HR processes across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Maintain and optimize core HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll tools), ensuring data accuracy, integration, and a smooth user experience for employees and managers.
- Execute workflows and automation initiatives to simplify day-to-day People Operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve service delivery.
- Support system rollouts and upgrades, partnering with HRIS and vendors to test, troubleshoot, and implement new functionalities.
- Manage employee data and reporting, ensuring high standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
- Generate regular dashboards and ad-hoc reports for HR and business leaders, turning people data into actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, GDPR, and internal policies across all countries in our footprint.
- Drive operational excellence across European locations, ensuring consistent processes while adapting for local employment, cultural, and compliance nuances.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal on payroll inputs, data audits, and process alignment.
- Support integration activities for new markets or acquisitions, ensuring HR systems and processes are smoothly aligned.
- Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- 5+ years’ experience in HR Operations, People Data, or HR Systems Administration within a multi-country environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle - onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, compliance, and data management.
- Practical experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems (e.g., BambooHR, HiBob, Workday, Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Deel).
- Proven experience supporting HR operations across multiple European countries, with awareness of local legislation, compliance, and cultural differences.
- High attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills; experience with analytics or dashboarding tools is a plus.
- Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy standards.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to balance compliance, efficiency, and employee experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in a fast-paced, international, or scaling organisation is highly desirable.
