About the role:
As Revenue Insights & Compensation Lead, you’ll own two of the most high-impact levers in our GTM machine: Revenue Insights and Sales Compensation. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will help us build our capabilities in order to drive more clarity and alignment across the global commercial org.
This is a player-coach role: you'll lead strategic initiatives hands-on while managing and developing a growing team of Business Analysts.
What you’ll do:
Commercial Reporting & Team Leadership
- Own all commercial reporting—from daily dashboards to board-level performance insights.
- Define reporting standards, KPIs, and success metrics aligned to GTM strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally with BI, Data Engineering, and CRM teams to ensure robust pipelines and data governance.
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, shaping their roadmap and career development.
- Support board and exec-level presentations with sharp, actionable analysis.
Sales Compensation Design & Operations
- Design, launch, and evolve global sales incentive plans that drive performance and align to business goals.
- Build and scale compensation processes and tooling—maximizing transparency, accuracy, and automation.
- Run compensation modeling, scenario planning, and effectiveness analysis.
- Collaborate with Finance, GTM Leadership, and HR to balance performance incentives with budget and talent strategies.
Analytical & Strategic Insight
- Deep dive into CRM data and our Data Lake to perform targeted analysis aimed at answering strategic business questions.
- Translate data into recommendations that drive growth, productivity, and efficiency.
- Support go-to-market strategies, planning, pricing, and retention initiatives.
- Build alignment across GTM, Finance, and field stakeholders through clear, data-backed storytelling.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Reporting or Commercial Analytics, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in designing and managing sales incentive plans.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (ideally HubSpot), compensation software/tools, and reporting automation.
- Advanced Power BI and/or Excel skills; SQL proficiency is a strong plus.
- Ability to mentor junior analysts and shape team direction.
- Clear communication style - able to influence at all levels from analyst to exec.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or fast-growth tech companies is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in English
