About the role:
We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our dynamic IT team. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in supporting internal IT operations and providing first-level assistance to employees.
What you’ll do:
- Set up computers and peripheral devices (e.g. monitors, keyboards) for new and existing employees.
- Help employees with basic technical issues, such as login problems, printer errors, or software installation.
- Support the replacement of old or malfunctioning devices (e.g. laptops, accessories, etc.).
- Assist in tracking and organizing IT assets and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Work closely with experienced IT staff on routine maintenance and improvement tasks.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- A student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong interest in hardware, software, and technical support.
- Basic understanding of Windows and/or macOS environments.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and support a variety of internal users.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
