As we scale across Europe, we're expanding our Sales Enablement team and looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist in Bulgaria to play a key role in equipping and enabling our growing commercial teams with the right tools, training, and content.
About the role:
This is a high-impact role focused on enabling our sales teams across the EU region through best-in-class processes, tools, content, and product education.
You’ll be the go-to expert for all things related to tools & processes, content management, sales collateral, and enablement operations, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Sales.
What you’ll do:
- Enablement Tools & Process Training
- Own and drive adoption of sales tools, reporting standards, and CRM hygiene best practices & training
- Deliver training to support process adherence and platform fluency
- Content Management & Sales Collateral
- Own and manage enablement our 'Sales Hub’: one-stop shop for sales toolkits & content
- Maintain and update pitch decks, one-pagers, and enablement toolkits to reflect evolving offers
- Coordinate translations and versioning for EU markets
- Product & Payments Academy Rollout
- Drive the development and delivery of role-specific product and industry training
- Collaborate with SMEs and Product Marketing to launch product enablement initiatives
- Lead onboarding for new releases and updates across sales segments
- Onboarding & Training for EU Markets
- Support onboarding and refresher training for sales teams across non-core EU regions
- Partner with regional managers to ensure consistency and scalability of enablement delivery
- Localize training experiences where relevant and maintain knowledge alignment
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or B2B Sales Training
- Strong command of enablement platforms and tools (e.g. CRM systems like HubSpot)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and actionable content
- Bilingual fluency in Bulgarian and English (written & verbal)
- Eye for detail and passion for scalable learning experiences
- Experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS is a strong plus
