As we are expanding our team, we’re looking for Junior CRM Support Specialist & Junior Sales Operations Specialist to help us make a real difference in the Fintech industry. Ready to join us and shape the future of payments? Let’s make it happen!

What you’ll do:

• Conduct data quality reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency in the CRM system
• Provide Level 1 (L1) technical and functional support for CRM users
• Assist in maintaining and updating CRM records related to sales and customer interactions
• Support operations involving reseller activities and related administrative tasks
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to streamline CRM and sales processes
• Contribute to the documentation and standardization of support procedures

This role is perfect for you if you have: 

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms (prior experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with Office 365 tools (especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams)
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Interest in Sales and understanding of basic sales processes
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
