What you’ll do:

• Bank and Account Reconciliations:
  Perform daily reconciliations across bank accounts, customer funds, and transactional data to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
• Support Journal Entries and Month-End Close:
  Assist in preparing journal entries, managing general ledger data, and contributing to monthly close procedures.
• Invoice and Payment Processing:
  Process supplier invoices, support payment runs, and help with resolving payment-related queries to ensure timely disbursements.
• Financial Record Maintenance:
  Help maintain accurate financial documentation and support internal controls and compliance.
• Audit Support:
  Participate in audit preparation activities and collaborate with internal teams to meet reporting requirements.

This role is perfect for you if you have: 

• Students pursuing studies in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow professionally
• Strong numeracy skills and keen attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., double-entry accounting)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
