About the role:

As Compliance Quality Assurance Analyst you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s internal processes, performing QA reviews and testing and preparing reports to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Quality Assurance Analyst who will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing quality assurance and testing of 1LOD processes within the company.

What you’ll do:

• Perform compliance quality assurance reviews of operational processes within the company ensuring adherence to the company’s policies and procedures
• Perform compliance checks of customer accounts as part of regular QA reviews
• Communicate with other departments and teams in relation to the compliance QA program
• Identify and document compliance risks and gaps within operational processes
• Provide feedback to other departments on possible areas for improvement
• Stay updated on changes in the regulatory landscape
• Report the results of the performed QA reviews to the line manager

This role is perfect for you if you have: 

• University degree in Economics/Finance/Banking or similar
• Previous experience in Banking/FinTech Industry/Law enforcement agency/Accountancy is an advantage
• Good knowledge of AML and terrorist financing framework
• Experience with Open-Source intelligence
• MS Office advance skills
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge in another European language would be considered an advantage
