About the role:

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior HubSpot Admin Specialist to take ownership of our HubSpot platform across technical implementations, integrations, and optimizations. In this role, you’ll drive strategic automation, data architecture, and custom solutions that power key marketing and sales initiatives. What you’ll do:

• Serve as the technical lead on HubSpot-related projects including implementations, integrations, migrations, and custom solutions.
• Build and optimize HubSpot workflows, campaigns, and automation strategies to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Design scalable data models, custom objects, and field/property structures.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Implement data mapping, imports, migrations, and QA processes.
• Collaborate with developers and internal teams on API integrations, webhooks, and custom code functions
• Present solutions to stakeholders in clear, business-focused language.
• Delegate tasks to subordinates and provide guidance during execution and UAT.

This role is perfect for you if you have:

• At least 5+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or Specialist.
• Strong hands-on experience with workflow automation, field/property management, custom objects, and data modelling, as well as portal configuration and permissions.
• Proven track record in managing data migration, mapping, deduplication, sequences, list segmentation, and third-party app integrations.
• Solid understanding of HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and building scalable, integrated solutions across the HubSpot ecosystem.
• HubSpot certifications strongly preferred.
• A strong strategic mindset and the ability to see both the technical detail and the big picture.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support, mentor, and lead others.
