About the role:
We’re looking for a proactive, dynamic, and people-oriented sales professional with strong business acumen and a passion for innovation to join our expanding field sales team in Austria. This is a field-based role within a defined sales territory.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and in-depth market research, while managing a defined geographic territory to build brand awareness and drive revenue through daily client visits and local presence.

Organize and attend meetings with potential clients, deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations, and proactively engage in negotiations to successfully close deals and exceed individual sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and provide comprehensive after-sales support.

Represent myPOS at trade shows, fairs, exhibitions, and within local business networks to actively promote our products and services and expand market visibility.

Ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience by delivering excellent service, while using the company CRM system to manage sales activities, client communications, and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and provide regular updates and detailed reports on sales performance and pipeline progress to your manager and senior leadership.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar field sales role, ideally in the payments, fintech, or banking sectors.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service best practices, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- High self-motivation and are able to work independently, with a flexible mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using a CRM software and Microsoft Office and are comfortable handling administrative tasks such as billing, reporting, and data entry.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to draw insights from client and market data.
- Fluent in both German and English
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
