About the role:
In this role, you will embed yourself within the organisation, work closely with stakeholders across departments, and ensure that learning and development initiatives are fully aligned with business objectives. As both a performance enabler and value creator, you’ll deliver more than learning - you’ll drive measurable outcomes by developing, implementing, and evaluating L&D strategies that support continuous improvement and performance at all levels.
What you’ll do:
Learning Strategy & Execution
- Further develop and execute the departments’ annual training plans aligned with myPOS’s strategic and operational goals.
- Lead the design and delivery of internal training programmes, including leadership development, in both Bulgarian and English.
- Apply evidence-based L&D principles to design learning that improves performance and delivers measurable results.
Business Partnership
- Partner with managers and key stakeholders to understand business needs and embed learning into the flow of work.
- Use performance consulting approaches to diagnose gaps and co-create solutions with the management team.
- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on learning and performance improvement strategies.
Performance Enablement
- Align L&D activities with performance metrics and organisational priorities.
- Use frameworks like the 70:20:10 methodology to shift from training delivery to performance support.
- Identify opportunities for continuous learning and knowledge sharing across teams.
Measurement & Impact
- Design evaluation mechanisms to measure learning effectiveness and demonstrate impact on the company’s objectives and key results.
- Be able to confidently demonstrate ROI and learning impact, moving L&D from cost centre to value generator.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in an L&D or HR Business Partner role with a strong track record in strategic learning initiatives.
- Expertise in adult learning principles and experience designing and delivering learning interventions in both formal and informal contexts.
- Ability to conduct learning needs analyses and translate insights into performance-based solutions.
- Proven ability to act as a true business partner and build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Experience in international environments, as well as agile or fintech settings, is highly preferred.
- Fluent in both Bulgarian and English, with excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- A business mindset: you don’t just deliver learning - you enable measurable business results.
