About the role:
As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing the market within the DACH region. With our growing customer base, you will be responsible for strengthening our team in the said area by leading a direct sales team and driving performance to meet sales targets.
What you’ll do:
- Drive active sales of myPOS payment solutions to SMBs, acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
- Lead and grow the regional direct sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Plan and execute outbound campaigns to build a strong sales pipeline and meet KPIs.
- Conduct onsite and digital product demos, represent myPOS at events, and identify market opportunities.
- Ensure proper CRM usage and manage stock levels in coordination with internal teams.
- Report weekly to the Country Manager, providing updates on sales performance and market insights.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- Completed commercial training or a higher degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B and direct sales experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or retail solutions, at least 3 of which in leading sales team & processes in the DACH region.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a confident, trustworthy presence.
- Highly goal-oriented with a structured, independent working style and strong commercial mindset.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office, and open to regular travel across Austria and the DACH region (Class B license required).
