About the role:

As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced KYC/B Data Analyst to enhance our organization's onboarding processes and improve key performance indicators (KPIs). This role is designed for a detail-oriented analyst with a strong background in data analysis, process optimization, and fraud detection. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in KYC/B or a related field and a proven track record of driving performance improvements through data-driven insights.

This is an onsite position.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct thorough analysis of data related to the Onboarding (KYC/B) process. Prepare reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis and track KPIs such as Auto-onboarding rate, Total Conversion rate, speed of onboarding, and time-to-value.
• Develop a deep understanding of the KYC/B process from start to finish, identifying development areas. Provide actionable recommendations to improve key KPIs, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for customers.
• Continuously refine and optimize onboarding rules to enhance the performance of the decision-making engine. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the success of implemented changes.
• Extract and analyze various data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in applications, focusing on fraud detection and prevention as well as performance improvements.
• Work closely with KYC/B Managers and team leaders to implement performance improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze data from the KYC/B Orchestrating platform, aiming to optimize vendor collaboration and improve onboarding workflows.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

This role is perfect for you if you have: 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, or a related field..
• KYC/B experience would be considered as a strong advantage.
• Strong Excel skills is a must.
• SQL and Power BI skills would be considered as advantage.
• Proven track record of driving performance improvements through data-driven insights.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
• Experience with data extraction, analysis, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of fraud detection techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English.
