About the role:

We are seeking a hands-on Treasury Operations Specialist to join our Finance team at myPOS Ltd Bulgarian branch of regulated e-money institution under the supervision of the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI).

The specialist will cover liquidity management, accounts payable, bank connections and mandates, FX trading, scheme settlements, reconciliations

The successful candidate will report to the Group Head of Treasury and work closely with the reconciliation, accounting teams and payments team.

What you’ll do:

• Process early morning payments (circa 9:00 AM daily),
• Manage daily funding and liquidity positions across safeguarded and operational accounts.
• Administer and maintain online banking platforms, including user access and controls.
• FX daily position square trade execution ( spot deals )
• Assist with FX balance sheet hedging
• Ensure that treasury processes and controls are clearly documented, tested, and followed.
• Coordinate with group treasury functions and outsourced operational teams.
• Support the year-end audit process, including treasury-related audit documentation.

• Support accounts payable processing, ensuring timely payment runs and proper controls.

This role is perfect for you if you have: 

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 1 years’ experience in a treasury, payments or finance function.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, cash management, FX and payments schemes (swift, sepa, faster payments, BACS,CHAPS)
• High level of Excel proficiency ( VB Macros is an advantage ) and comfort working with financial data.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Experience in payments, fintech, or bank back-office could be considered as an advantage.
• Familiarity with SEPA (credit and instant), SWIFT, and card scheme settlement cycles ould be considered as an advantage.
• Experience with Treasury Management System (TMS) and ERP could be considered as an advantage.
