About the role:
This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities across key areas, including traditional communications and PR, content creation, social media management, online reputation and employer branding. Note that this is an on-site opportunity.
What you’ll do:
- Traditional Communications & PR – Support events, strengthen media relations, craft compelling press releases, and elevate brand reputation across Europe.
- Content Creation – Craft content, including media articles, blog posts, newsletters and presentations. Drive content strategy, write and proofread. Ensure all messages are in tune with the company’s values and brand guidelines.
- Social Media & Online Reputation – Support the creation of engaging content across our organic social channels and manage the company’s online presence. Respond to feedback and help shape a positive brand image across digital platforms.
- Employer Branding – Help craft employee engagement initiatives, and employer branding campaigns to strengthen company culture.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, including traditional and social media.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as experience with content creation and delivery.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional, international teams would be considered an advantage
- Superb writing skills.
- Experience in communications and public relations.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to process complex information and transform it into easy-to-grasp messages for diverse audiences - internal and external.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to tackle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Bulgarian.
- Communications or PR degree would be considered an advantage
