About the role:
You’ll lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives, focusing on booking high-quality meetings and demos. You’ll drive outbound sales efforts, refine prospecting strategies, and ensure the team excels in objection handling, active listening, and lead qualifications. Your leadership will be key in building a strong pipeline and optimizing our sales performance.
What you’ll do:
- Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing SDR team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to generate high-quality leads ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to SDRs, focusing on objection handling, active listening, and effective lead qualification.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and report on key metrics identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing team performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to optimization of conversion rates and maintain a healthy pipeline.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of managing and developing successful SDR teams.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process, including cold calling, lead qualification, and objection handling.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize results.
- Solid understanding of the payments industry and our product offerings.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a passion for developing talent.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot).
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and drive results.
- Ability to recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
- Fluent English.
