About the role:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll handle invoice processing, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records. You'll also support financial reporting, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are key to success in this role.

What you’ll do:

• Process and verify purchase invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions.
• Maintain and update vendor records.
• Reconcile account statements and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

This role is perfect for you if you have: 

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounts payable or similar role, preferably with multinational companies
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
