As we are expanding our team, we’re looking for an experienced, visionary Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our TA function as a strategic growth engine. In this high-impact senior role, you’ll shape the future of our workforce - ensuring we have the right skills, capabilities, and leadership in place to meet evolving business demands and fuel our global expansion.
About the role:
In this role you will drive our TA strategy that moves as fast as our ambitions - linking business goals to talent needs, identifying where the best talent is in the market, and building the pipelines and processes to bring them in.
What you’ll do:
Strategic Talent Leadership
- Define and execute a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy that aligns directly with business growth plans.
- Conduct competitor landscape analysis and talent availability mapping to guide market-driven hiring decisions.
- Drive workforce planning in partnership with senior leadership to ensure we’re always ready for what’s next.
Building a Talent Magnet
- Elevate our employer brand to position myPOS as the destination for top talents in fintech.
- Drive sourcing channel optimisation to broaden reach and strengthen talent pools.
- Lead initiatives in referral programmes, internship pipelines, and internal mobility.
- Foster strategic partnerships with external agencies to complement our internal capabilities.
Delivering a World-Class Talent Journey
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Champion candidate experience excellence, ensuring every interaction reflects our culture and ambition.
- Use talent analytics to monitor, measure, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
Team & Culture Leadership
- Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing TA team.
- Promote internal mobility and long-term talent development.
- Embed DE&I principles across all hiring strategies and processes.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- Senior TA leadership experience with 10+ years in leading international TA teams and strategies in fast paced, scaling environments.
- Expertise in scalable hiring models, talent availability mapping, and competitor landscape analysis.
- Passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience and acting as a true ambassador of company culture.
- A track record of building high-performing teams and delivering measurable results in competitive markets.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
- Data-driven mindset with strong experience in building and leveraging dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive data-informed recruitment strategies, monitor performance, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Experience with ATS systems, recruitment tools, automation solutions, and innovative sourcing strategies, with a focus on operational excellence and efficiency.
