About the role:
On-site based in Sofia office, you will manage end-to-end recruitment ensuring a seamless hiring experience. You will drive sourcing strategies, engage top talent, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to support our growth.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate and enablement roles, delivering a smooth and engaging candidate experience
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent through diverse recruitment channels
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates’ strengths and areas for growth, minimize bias, and provide strategic hiring recommendations to managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) throughout the hiring process
- Analyze recruitment data, identify patterns, and generate insights to enhance sourcing strategies and optimize hiring decisions
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with stakeholders, managing expectations and driving collaboration in dynamic or uncertain environments
- Contribute to building a high-performing team while embracing the challenges and rewards of recruitment—your impact will help empower small businesses worldwide
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of successfully hiring top corporate talent
- Experience recruiting in international markets
- Background in high-growth, scale-up environments, adapting to fast-paced and evolving hiring needs
- Expertise in proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry groups, and networking events
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines, enabling accurate workforce planning and hiring forecasts
- Consistently meets hiring targets while upholding high-quality recruitment standards
- Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience and ensuring a seamless hiring journey
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills, adept at handling complex hiring scenarios and guiding managers toward optimal hiring decisions
- A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and translate insights into effective hiring strategies
- Resilience, determination, and a problem-solving mindset to overcome challenges
- Fluent English
