About the role:
As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging HubSpot's marketing automation tools and data analytics to optimise marketing campaigns, track performance, and provide actionable insights that drive growth and enhance customer engagement. What you’ll do:
Campaign Analytics & Reporting:
- Use HubSpot to track, analyse, and report on marketing campaign performance, including email, social media, content, and paid advertising.
- Develop custom dashboards and reports in HubSpot to provide real-time insights on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to marketing, sales, and executive teams to refine strategies and drive business outcomes.
Lead Management & Nurturing:
- Leverage HubSpot’s CRM and automation features to segment, nurture, and score leads through the marketing funnel.
- Analyse lead conversion rates and optimize lead nurturing workflows to ensure higher engagement and sales handoff efficiency.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for myPOS growth.
- Use insights to help shape the marketing strategy and make data-driven decisions.
Content Strategy Support:
- Collaborate with the content team to track content performance using HubSpot and suggest optimizations based on data analysis.
- Analyze website traffic, blog engagement, and social media activity to determine content ROI.
A/B Testing & Optimization:
- Design and execute A/B tests on email campaigns, landing pages, and CTAs to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Continuously monitor results, and iterate on strategies to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and track customer journey data.
- Provide marketing teams with actionable insights for customer segmentation, personalization, and targeted outreach.
HubSpot Expertise:
- Act as the go-to expert for HubSpot tools, ensuring the team is utilising the platform to its fullest potential.
- Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features and best practices to continuously improve marketing workflows and automation
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analysis, digital marketing, or a related field, with a focus on using HubSpot.
- Proven experience in leveraging HubSpot’s CRM, email marketing, automation, and reporting tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, data analytics, and performance measurement.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation
- Expertise in HubSpot platform, including workflows, reporting, and dashboards
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights in a clear, actionable manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Collaborative and team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English
