About the role:
The Sales Operations Team Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our sales force and supporting the success of our Resellers, Agents, and Partners. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to lead, optimize processes, and make a strategic impact in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Operations Specialists, fostering professional growth and development.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure team efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
Process Management:
• Oversee and optimize sales processes, including the order management workflow, ensuring accurate tracking and timely fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), driving continuous improvement.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Develop and maintain robust reporting systems to analyze sales activities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and team performance.
• Provide actionable insights and strategic advice to sales managers and senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Sales Analytics, Channel Operations, and Sales Enablement teams to align strategies and optimize operations.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure the seamless integration of technologies and processes.
Strategic Initiatives:
• Lead and manage projects aimed at enhancing sales team effectiveness and driving operational excellence.
• Act as a liaison between sales teams and other departments, advocating for process enhancements and business needs.
Business Support:
• Serve as a critical resource for strategic business insights, helping the sales organization meet and exceed objectives.
• Ensure timely availability of essential information to support decision-making at all levels.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in data-driven decision-making and working cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tools such as Zendesk, Jira, and HubSpot. Experience with HubSpot will be considered as strong advantage.
- Experience with process design, automation, and technology implementation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior management.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Italian considered a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, or a related field.
