As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Head of Payroll and Administration to join our growing team.
As Head of Payroll and Administration, you will oversee and manage all payroll and administrative operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellence in service delivery. You will lead a team responsible for processing payroll, managing benefits, and handling employee administration, ensuring timely and accurate execution across the organization.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the entire payroll process for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, meal vouchers, and other perks.
- Maintain and update payroll systems and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide strategic direction on payroll policies and process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to align payroll and administrative processes with business needs.
- Handle reporting and analysis of payroll data to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including payroll service providers and benefits providers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of payroll and administrative professionals.
- Ensure timely responses to employee queries regarding payroll and benefits.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in payroll management and employee administration, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Experience with payroll software and HRIS platforms.
- Experience with Global Payroll system and Employer of Record practices.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team management and stakeholder collaboration.
- A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment, and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence.
- Fluent in English.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
