As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Application Administrator to join our growing team.
As an Application Administrator you will manage, support and optimize business applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
What you’ll do:
- Actively assist in user rights management for current and new employees
- Provide 2nd level technical customer support and works closely with other specialists to resolve recurring problems and issues with applications and/or products.
- Research and development in corporate IT infrastructure and integration of new applications.
- Support of new projects related to corporate and production IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting and ticket resolving as 2nd level IT Support specialist.
- Produce documents related to corporate IT infrastructure and its projects.
- Support junior colleagues in complex cases resolution
What you bring:
- Experience with Microsoft products (Windows OS; Office 365)
- Experience with support and troubleshooting of LAN networks
- Understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS
- Fluent English and team-player skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to details, strong troubleshooting skills.
- Install, configure, and maintain business applications.
- Experience with SQL is a big plus.
- Experience with Active Directory, Virtualization (Hyper-V preferred), Windows Server 2019 – 2022 or Debian, any sort of Databases - will be considered an advantage
- Any experience or certification for cloud services will be considered an advantage.
