Network Administrator

As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Network Administrator to join our growing team.
As a Network Administrator you will develop and manage network systems, perform upgrades, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with security standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with vendors and provide training to colleagues.
What you’ll do:
- Perform network implementation, configurations and maintenance.
- Participates in planning, design, and implementation of different networks by scale and complexity.
- Design, test, and inspect data communications systems.
- Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning.
- Install hardware such as cables, hubs, routers, and wireless adaptors.
- Cooperates with IT Infrastructure teams on various projects during design, preparation, and implementation phase.
- Perform network updates/upgrades.
- Administration of routers, switches, firewalls, IPS/IDS – routing, switching, VPN, firewall rules, NAT.
- Administration of LAN and WAN network connectivity.
- Administration of data center and networking environment.
- Network KPI monitoring and reporting.
- Maintain properly fulfilled and accurate technical documentation.
- Perform problem isolation and troubleshooting in complex environments.
- Recommend and coordinate the application of fixes, patches, and disaster recovery procedures in the event of a security breach.
- Assist in responses to external audits, penetration tests, and vulnerability assessments.
- Involvement in performing hands-on support for a wide range of security technologies including, but not limited to: SIEM, IDS/IPS, malware analysis and protection, content filtering, logical access controls, identity and access management, data loss prevention, content filtering technologies, application firewalls, vulnerability scanners, LDAP, forensics software, and security incident response.
What you bring:
- At least 5 years of networking experience
- Experience with datacenter design and hands-on configuration
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP stack in general, Ethernet
- Good knowledge of VLANs, HSRP and other LAN based network protocol
- Good knowledge of dynamic routing protocols like OSPF and BGP
- Understanding of load-balancing with HAProxy and Nginx.
- Perfect understanding of L2 and STP
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
- Experience with network automations (e.g. Pyton) is a plus
- Experience with Linux systems is a plus
- Experience with ExtremeNetworks is a plus
- Experience with FS is a plus
- Experience with FortiNET and Forti proprietary protocols and services is a must
