As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to join our growing team.
As IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing IT governance, processes, documentation, and vendor coordination. The role emphasizes IT operational excellence and performance, all aligned with supporting business objectives.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate closely with IT Infrastructure teams on the design, preparation, and execution phases of various infrastructure projects.
- Develop and Implement IT governance frameworks to align IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management policies, and industry standards.
- Oversee IT processes and controls to promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in technology operations.
- Continuously monitor various metrics and KPIs, providing actionable reports to senior management.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation, including such related to regulatory compliance.
- Creates and maintains operational processes related to various regulatory standards such as DORA and PCI-DSS.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services, updates, and support.
- Evaluate vendor development, ensuring they meet internal standards and business needs.
- Lead knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring team members gain a deep understanding of various processes.
- Provide comprehensive support to various teams, optimizing operational resilience.
- Analyze business requirements to design and develop robust processes that align with company objectives.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and integration for all processes that involve IT department.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT governance, operations and processes, with a proven track record in ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in KPI reporting and process optimization.
- Experience overseeing large-scale IT infrastructure projects, collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of security and experience implementing technical security solutions.
- Knowledge of vendor coordination, including evaluating vendor strategies and managing vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical skills particularly in complex environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with PCI-DSS and DORA will be considered as plus.
- ITIL or similar IT service management certification is a plus.
- A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence
- Fluent in English
