As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our growing team.
As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist at myPOS, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our website to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates. By leveraging data-driven insights and testing strategies, you’ll ensure our web presence resonates with users and delivers impactful results in terms of engagement, acquisition, and revenue growth.
What you’ll do:
- Create and implement effective CRO strategies to improve conversion rates across our website.
- Lead experimentation using A/B testing and multivariate tests to evaluate and optimize key website elements, including layout, design, content, and calls-to-action.
- Use tools like GА4, Hotjar, Mixpanel and VWO to track user behavior, identify conversion bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Work closely with marketing, design, product, and development teams to ensure consistent messaging and UX/UI optimization.
- Continuously refine landing pages and user funnels for paid media campaigns to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
- Analyze and enhance the customer journey from the first touchpoint to conversion, identifying areas for improvement in user experience and reducing drop-offs.
- Regularly present CRO performance reports to marketing and leadership teams, making recommendations based on data and industry best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest CRO tools, methodologies, and trends to keep optimization strategies competitive and innovative.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in a CRO Specialist role, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce company.
- Strong expertise in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and data analysis.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and how they impact conversions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in SEO and digital marketing would be considered an advantage.
