As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an Amazon Specialist to join our growing team.
As an Amazon Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand visibility, managing advertising campaigns, and increasing sales growth on the Amazon marketplace. You will work across multiple markets, ensuring that each country’s strategy is adapted to local customer behavior and advertising dynamics. A focus on optimizing product listings, increasing conversions, and managing Amazon Ads will be essential to your success in this role.
What you’ll do:
Product Listing Optimization:
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and imagery to ensure high rankings and conversion rates on Amazon.
- Implement keyword strategies tailored to each market to improve product visibility.
Advertising Campaign Management:
- Create and manage Amazon Sponsored Ads, Sponsored Brands, and DSP campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Optimize advertising campaigns based on performance metrics and adjust bidding strategies to maximize profitability.
- Monitor and report on PPC performance across different markets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Market-Specific Strategy Implementation:
- Customize product listings, content, and advertising strategies for specific European markets (Italy, France, UK etc.), understanding the nuances of each region’s customer behavior and Amazon algorithm.
Account Optimization:
- Manage and optimize our Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts for each market, ensuring seamless operations and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and inventory teams to avoid stockouts and maximize sales opportunities during peak seasons.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze sales data, advertising performance, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs (conversion rates, organic rankings, sales velocity).
Customer Feedback and Reputation Management:
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to maintain a high-quality brand presence.
- Ensure all product listings comply with Amazon policies and guidelines.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts, with a focus on product listing optimization and PPC campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads and SEO optimization for product listings.
- Experience in international markets, especially in the European region.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and A/B testing strategies for listing optimization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in other European language would be considered an advantage
