What you’ll do:

• Be responsible for daily preparation of General Ledger (GL) journal entries post completion of reconciliations;
• Maintain accurate records and exercise quality control with respect to regulations and systems of internal control;
• Ensure control over daily and monthly e-money reconciliations to external and internal sources;
• Be engaged in the statutory and management reporting process to the regulators;
• Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations. Provide prompt investigation and rectification of any discrepancies;
• Provide ad-hoc support for the other teams;
• Take initiative in optimizing the internal processes.

This role is perfect for you if you have:

• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Have good knowledge of Excel.
• Have strong attention to detail and determination of accuracy.
• Have decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Are enthusiastic, well-organized and can manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Have experience with different accounting software products (will be considered an advantage).
• A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence
• Fluency in English
