Finance Business Partner

As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our growing team.
On this position, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
What you’ll do:
Forecasting and Budgeting:
- Lead the development, analysis, and communication of forecasts and budgets for the corporate business unit, working closely with operational teams to align financial goals with business objectives;
- Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis of actual results versus forecasts and budgets to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Management Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality, monthly management reports, ensuring timely and meaningful analysis to support business leaders;
- Facilitate efficiency and consistency in reporting processes, enabling focus on key financial matters and contributing to discussions on business performance.
Business Performance Analysis:
- Build and refine detailed financial models to evaluate the performance of corporate units, subsidiaries, and competitors, analyzing various operating scenarios to assess financial impacts and risks;
- Partner with business units to interpret financial data and provide actionable recommendations to reduce costs, improve profitability, and optimize resource allocation.
Strategic Financial Support:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units by providing financial guidance on strategic initiatives, projects, and investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of financial strategies, ensuring that financial data is integrated into business decisions.
Ad-hoc Support and Analysis:
- Provide ad-hoc financial support to operating units, treasury, executive leadership, and other functional areas, delivering insights into financial performance and strategic initiatives;
- Conduct competitive financial analysis within the FinTech industry, identifying key performance indicators and providing recommendations to improve the company’s market positioning.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with all members of the finance team (including analysts, treasury, controlling and accounting) to ensure timely and reliable financial analysis;
- Foster strong relationships with business leaders, acting as a liaison between finance and operations to drive business performance and achieve financial objectives.
What you bring:
- Fluent English;
- Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to build, analyze, and interpret complex financial data to drive business performance;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CIMA (either obtained or in progress) will be considered a strong advantage;
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a finance business partnering, financial analysis, or strategic finance role;
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights that improve performance, cost efficiency, and profitability;
- Solid understanding of financial reporting processes, including planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, with the ability to present key findings to senior management;

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Able to communicate complex
financial concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-finance stakeholders; - A strong team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, able to build relationships and influence decision-making across business units;
- High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and other financial modeling tools is expected;
- A proactive and organized individual who is thorough in their analysis, constantly seeks improvement, and is innovative in their approach to financial challenges;
