About the role:

As KYC/KYB Analyst you will perform KYC/KYB (Know Your Customer/ Business) checks for our European clients. 

What you’ll do:

• Act as the first line of defense for the organization, preventing and minimizing the risk for myPOS as financial institution;
• Obtain full knowledge of and act in accordance with the AML Policies and jurisdictional Customer Identification Program manuals;
• Address regulatory requirements and conduct screening of entities and individuals against sanctions, adverse news and politically exposed persons lists;
• Communicate with clients directly via phone and e-mail, requesting additional information and KYC/KYB documents.

This role is perfect for you if you have:

• Fluent in Hungarian;
• Proficiency level of English;
• University degree in Business, Economics, Finance would be considered an advantage;
• Strong written and verbal communications skills;
• Experience in banking or other financial institutions would be considered an advantage;
• Experience in a similar position will be considered a strong advantage;
• Organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks with resilience to changing priorities;
• Analytical skills, ability to work with data, ability to summarize complex findings;
• Command of additional European language will be considered a strong advantage;
• A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence.
