Lead Generation Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive qualified leads and support our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in lead generation tactics, including email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and other digital marketing channels. This role is critical in ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads to support revenue growth and will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize campaigns and maximize lead conversion.
What you’ll do:
Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy to meet pipeline and revenue goals;
- Identify target audiences and create tailored lead generation campaigns across digital channels such as email, social media, PPC, and display ads;
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and market feedback to optimize lead quality and volume;
- Campaign Execution & Optimization;
- Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns that drive qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel;
- Collaborate with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to create compelling landing pages, ads, and email templates;
- Manage A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and cost per lead;
- Implement lead nurturing programs that move prospects through the sales funnel and improve conversion rates;
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure seamless lead handover, optimize lead scoring models, and ensure high-quality MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads);
- Track and monitor lead performance across campaigns, making adjustments as needed to improve conversion rates;
- Analyse lead generation data and campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting regularly on key metrics such as lead volume, cost per lead, and ROI;
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize current and future lead generation efforts;
- Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track lead behavior and optimize targeting strategies;
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with broader business objectives and product launches;
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute paid lead generation campaigns and optimize results;
- Ensure all lead generation activities align with brand guidelines and messaging;
- Manage lead generation budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for campaigns;
- Track spending against results, adjusting budgets and strategies based on performance and business needs.
What you bring:
Required:
- 7+ years of proven experience in a lead generation role, with a strong track record of driving qualified leads and increasing conversion rates;
- Strong understanding of lead generation tactics across digital channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, social media, and SEO;
- Experience with lead nurturing and working closely with sales teams to optimize the lead-to-sale process;
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Market) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) for lead tracking and reporting;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B lead generation, particularly in the tech or SaaS industry;
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies;
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO);
- Experience managing external agencies for paid lead generation campaigns;
- Understanding of content marketing strategies to support lead generation efforts.
