Content Manager

We are looking for a talented and creative Content Manager to oversee the development and execution of our content strategy. Reporting to the Brand & Communications Director, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality, engaging content that supports our brand narrative and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strong storyteller with the ability to manage content creation across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in tone and message. This is a unique opportunity to own the content strategy and help build a strong brand presence.
What you’ll do:
Content Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the overall brand and communication goals;
- Identify key content themes and topics that resonate with target audiences and support marketing objectives;
Content Creation & Management:
- Conduct content audits to ensure all existing content aligns with current brand messaging and objectives;
- Oversee the production of content across multiple formats, including blog posts, articles, social media, videos, and newsletters;
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product, marketing, and sales, to create content that supports product launches, campaigns, and thought leadership;
- Manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all content and maintain a steady flow of relevant material;
Brand Voice & Tone:
- Supports product launches, campaigns, and thought leadership;
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all content channels;
- Work closely with the Brand & Communications Director to refine and develop the brand tone to resonate with key audiences;
- Maintain a clear understanding of audience personas to ensure all content is targeted and impactful;
Content Distribution & Amplification:
- Collaborate with the digital and social media teams to ensure content is optimized for various platforms;
- Work with PR and communications teams to amplify content through media channels and influencer partnerships;
- Manage SEO and content marketing efforts to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings;
Data & Performance Analysis:
- Track content performance metrics, such as engagement, traffic, and conversion rates, using analytics tools;
- Provide regular reports on content effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements based on data;
- Continuously optimize content based on performance insights to drive better engagement and results;
Content Governance & Quality Control:
- Maintain editorial standards, ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines;
- Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality and adherence to tone, style, and messaging standards;
- Manage relationships with freelance writers, designers, and other external content creators.
What you bring:
Required:
- 7+ years of proven experience in content creation, strategy, and management, preferably in a brand or marketing setting;
- Native language proficiency in English;
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and tone;
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content optimization best practices; Experience managing content across multiple platforms, including blogs, social media, video, and email;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics);
- Experience managing content for a global audience or across different markets.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a tech or SaaS environment;
- Familiarity with video content production and storytelling;
- Experience working with design teams to create visually compelling content;
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools;
