As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Software Development Lead to join our growing team.
As Software Development Lead you will be playing a pivotal role in leading the development and innovation of client onboarding systems within myPOS. Your expertise will help us drive the creation of secure, scalable solutions, ensuring a smooth experience for businesses while upholding compliance requirements.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to prioritize features, optimize workflows, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure a smooth product lifecycle from development to production support.
- Lead the design and development of payment and onboarding systems.
- Work hands-on with the team and provide guidance with C++ and C# technologies.
- Mentor team members, ensuring the best coding practices.
- Lead the respective software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Champion continuous improvement processes and drive technical innovation within the team.
What you bring:
- 5+ years in Software development with C++/C#, (experience with onboarding systems in financial institutions is a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in large-scale projects, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and timely delivery.
- Skilled in conducting detailed code reviews, maintaining coding standards, and promoting best practices across the development team.
- A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence
- Experience in Designing and Implementing Onboarding Systems (KYC/KYB) is a plus
- Deep Understanding of Regulatory Compliance (KYC/KYB) is a plus
- Experience with Risk Management and Fraud Prevention services is a plus
- Fluent in English.
