About the role:
As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing the market within the region by leading a direct sales team and driving performance to meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training sales representatives, organizing outbound campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline, and managing team performance.
What you’ll do:
- Developing the myPOS market in the region and managing a direct sales team;
- Recruiting and training sales representatives;
- Organizing outbound campaigns to build a substantial pipeline which will accumulate the desired sales volumes thereafter;
- Managing direct sales representatives to ensure satisfactory performance is in place, in line with the group’s standards & KPIs;
- Ensuring the designated team complies with the group standards for CRM usage;
- Managing stock levels of all products and communicating deliveries with respective teams;
- Taking the initiative to lead the way with a proactive approach and identify market niches which offer growth opportunities;
- Visiting different trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars;
- Providing Information regarding sales objectives and business results;
- Reporting to the Country Manager on a weekly basis.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- At least 3 years of a previous working experience in leading sales team & process in Spain;
- At least 5 years of a previous professional experience in direct sales and B2B sales;
- Very good level of English language – both verbal and written;
- Consistency and negotiation skills;
- Very strong commercial, communicative, and relational skills;
- Result oriented mindset – ability to focus on meeting targets and providing the best experience for customers;
- Previous experience with Hub Spot CRM will be considered as an advantage;
- Experience with automated systems and office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence
- Fluent in English and Spanish
