We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in delivering innovative, client-focused solutions.
As a Product Manager in myPOS, you’ll take full ownership of your product line, from ideation through to launch and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that exceed client expectations.
Your challenges will be:
- Drive Product strategy: Define and execute a product roadmap that balances strategic goals with market demands and client feedback
- Lead Product development: Partner with development teams, designers, and other departments to build and deliver best-in-class product solutions
- Measure and optimize: Continuously assess product performance using data analytics, user feedback, and market research. Implement changes to drive growth and improve the user experience
- Manage stakeholders: Engage with key stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment and clear communication on product priorities and progress
- Be data-driven: Make data-driven decisions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Be the customer evangelist: Advocate for the end-user. Ensure that customer insights and feedback are central to every decision, creating products that resonate deeply with users and drive loyalty
- Embrace Agile: Work in an agile environment, maintaining a prioritized product backlog and feeding well-defined user stories to development teams. Ensure that the agile process drives rapid, iterative improvements and delivers value to customers quickly
Your Profile
- University Degree, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
- 3+ years experience in the field of Product Management, Business Analysis or Fin-tech
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Experience with self-initiated projects.
- Experience in the Fintech industry is a plus
