We are looking for a team member with sound experience in HR & People management who strives to deliver outstanding results on all people initiatives. A person who is very comfortable in rolling up sleeves and engaging on a hands-on basis with individuals and teams.
As a HR Business Partner, you will partner with myPOS leadership and their teams to ensure that HRM strategy is well aligned with the business direction and all people needs are well assessed and anticipated. You will support the leadership within the tech and product teams in building and managing all facets of people management being engaged in executing the HR agenda in line with the strategic business. You will guide our leaders with the balance of competing priorities and help them facilitate the best decisions for the employees’ experience and the business in an environment of rapid business growth and change.
Your challenges will be:
- Contribute to the development & implementation of HR strategy considering market specifics within the IT Industry;
- Build and maintain strong partnership with a portfolio of leadership team in aligning all people-related initiatives and functions that tie to the organizational goals and business needs. Be a trusted advisor to the managers of your area in all HR-related topics;
- Work in collaboration with our HR Team in the design, communication and execution of all programs in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, training and development and workforce planning;
- Actively participate and drive initiatives to attract, retain and develop our workforce;
- Facilitate the onboarding process of new hires at our office in Sofia and support the related processes in all other locations within the designated portfolio of internal clients;
- Support the development of the existing performance management processes (employee appraisal processes, employee performance evaluation, probation period monitoring);
- Actively collaborate with the HR team in all processes related to development of myPOS compensation and benefits proposition;
- Work closely with the HR and Marketing in the development of unique Employer branding;
- Provide solid knowledge and expertise in both Fintech/IT industry and HR area by researching best practices and opportunities, emerging trends and benchmarks;
- Analyze and leverage HR reporting metrics within the designated portfolio of internal clients; Provide insightful analysis of people related data to guide decision making processes;
- Be responsible for HR related cost planning, including budget preparation, analysis, estimations and reporting;
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.

- Are familiar with Fintech industry and know the labour market specifics
- Have a background in Tech recruitment
- Have a knowledge of international labor code specifics with a focus on European markets
- Have experience with HRIS system and tools for recruitment, onboarding, performance management and payroll
- Have affinity for digitalization and IT topics
- Have very good knowledge of MS Office
