As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for a Junior Internal Communications Specialist to join our growing team.

What you’ll do:

• Support the team in developing initiatives to grow the employer brand and improve staff engagement.
• Help with organizing events, including monthly townhalls, team buildings, etc. Co-plan and execute all internal initiatives.
• Craft content, including emails and newsletters, to keep employees up-to-date and help foster a positive company culture. Help with the release of all internal materials.
• Deliver engaging content to all audiences using internal and external channels, both social and traditional.
• Assist in coordinating the team's relations with valuable partners such as non-profit organizations, agencies and the like.
• Identifying internal opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture.

What you bring:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to tackle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Desire to learn and follow best practices for internal communications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams across the organization.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Bulgarian.
• Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
