About the role:
You will be responsible for enhancing employee engagement through compelling content, company events, and strategic communication initiatives. If you have a passion for storytelling, event management, and fostering a strong company culture, this role is for you!
What you'll do:
- Develop initiatives to improve staff engagement. This includes organizing events and creating content.
- Plan and execute company-wide events such as team-building sessions, celebrations or town halls.
- Craft content, including emails, newsletters, and presentations, to keep employees up-to-date and help foster a positive company culture.
- Work with external organizations to promote the company through sponsorships and events. Support the communications team with employer branding efforts.
- Monitor internal communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and analysis.
- Identify internal opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- Communications or Marketing degree.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, including event management.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as experience with content creation and delivery.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional, international teams would be considered an advantage.
- Experience creating engaging content.
- Ability to process complex information and transform it into easy-to-grasp stories and messages for a diverse audience, including employees with varying levels of experience and education.
- Proven track record of managing corporate or business events.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to tackle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of best practices for internal communications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and different teams across the organization.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Bulgarian.
- Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
