As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Card Scheme Operations Analyst to join our growing team.
As a Card Scheme Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data from our card scheme operations and creating performance reports. Additionally, you will work with stakeholders to inform them about industry updates and ensure regulatory compliance.
What you’ll do:
- Card Scheme Management: Oversee daily operations related to card schemes, including acquiring, issuing and reconciliations.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure card scheme activities comply with regulatory requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze transaction data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in card scheme operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on card scheme performance, compliance, and operational metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to optimize card processing systems and resolve any issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with card networks and other stakeholders to stay updated on industry changes and incorporate necessary adjustments into our operations.
What you bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technologies, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in card scheme operations, payment processing, or a related area.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques; experience with SQL and other database management systems is a plus.
- Knowledge: understanding of card network rules and regulations, and familiarity with compliance requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders. Fluent in English
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and analyzing data.
