We are looking for a team member with sound experience in HR who strives to deliver outstanding results on all people initiatives. A person who is very comfortable in rolling up sleeves and engaging on a hands-on basis with individuals and teams. As a HR Generalist, you will ensure that HRM strategy is well aligned with the business direction and all people needs are well assessed and anticipated in an environment of rapid business growth and change.

Your challenges will be:

• Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process of new hires at our office in Sofia and support the related processes.
• Provide daily assistance to Sofia office-based colleagues regarding their inquiries.
• Provide knowledge and expertise in both the industry and HR area by researching best practices and opportunities, emerging trends and benchmarks;
• Communicate with the Administration and Payroll team to ensure timely delivery of all personnel files.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the administration of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the HRM strategy.

Your Profile:

• Have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Have experience and knowledge in Bulgarian Law (Knowledge of European Labor Law would be considered an advantage);
• Experience in international company would be an advantage;
• Understand general Human Resources policies and procedures;
• Are organized, multitask is one of your best perks and you can easily and effectively prioritize your tasks;
• Can call yourself a hands-on “people person”.
