About the role:
As a Project Manager - Customer Support, you will lead and coordinate projects that enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of customer support operations. You will act as the main liaison between support teams and other departments, drive process improvements, manage third-party integrations, and ensure successful, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.
What you’ll do:

Lead and deliver customer support projects of varying scale that improve operational excellence.

Be the main point of contact for your assigned projects, ensuring smooth implementation across the myPOS Group.

Partner with Operations Managers to align projects with company goals and business priorities.

Scope business requirements, create project plans, manage timelines, and report on progress.

Coordinate with external vendors and oversee the implementation of third-party solutions to enhance support efficiency.

Monitor project budgets and manage associated costs.

Act as a trusted partner to Operations Managers, helping to design and implement process improvements and best practices.

Support teams in analyzing, redesigning, and improving both new and existing processes.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- 2+ years’ experience directly managing projects, business and systems analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects at once and setting priorities.
- Experience in the Banking and/or Fintech industry is desired.
- A passion for making processes simpler, faster, and more effective.
- Fluent spoken and written business/professional English
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Zoom, and Teams.
