Sales Operations Specialist with Italian

As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team.
What you’ll do:
- Assure the smooth operating of the company's salesforce;
- Support the myPOS Resellers, Agents, and Partners on a daily bases;
- Manage and track the orders received from our Partner platform;
- Build and maintain a reporting framework to monitor the activity of the sales team;
- Provide business analytics and reporting support in the area of pipeline and pipeline generation efforts and track KPIs;
- Quickly learn, understand, and document and improve current processes, interactions & dependencies;
- Provide business analytics and advice to the sales managers on ongoing business and strategic initiatives;
- Ensure all the needed information to support the business and sales team is available in a timely and accurate manner;
- Manage specific projects for improving different processes and operations within the sales team and the company.
What you bring:

- Data-driven & experienced working cross-functionally;
- Able to present to & comfortable around multiple managerial levels;
Eager to continuously learn and develop; - Working knowledge of CRM / MS Office/ Zendesk/ Jira and Asana (or similar);
Experience using technology & automation to design processes; - Able to effectively communicate sales operations architectures, plans, proposals, and results and negotiate options at senior management levels;
- Fluent in English and Italian both written and verbal;
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, or another related field;
- Experience in Customer Support, Sales, or Operations will be considered as a strong advantage;
